Triennial Community Health Survey begins; Please participate if you are selected

The 2022 Community Health Survey is underway! Households in Larimer County have a 1 in 10 chance of being randomly chosen to take the survey, so be sure to check your mailbox for an invitation letter or postcard to see if you’re one of the lucky 13,000 households invited to take part in this year’s survey.

Since 1995, the Health District has collected information every three years about the health-care needs of our community. The survey asks about access to care, physical health, mental health, and other topics such as health insurance, your position on certain local policies, housing, and more. It is very important that we hear from a wide variety of Larimer County residents so that we have information that accurately represents all members of our community.

Individual responses and other personal information are kept confidential. Survey results are combined and summarized before being shared with the Health District’s leadership, Board of Directors, and other community partners.
